Return Policy:

Please read carefully. Our return policy is short, simple and with no “fine print”. There are a few criteria as one returns an item. We have adopted a fair solution for each criterion:

You placed an order, and then changed your mind. Send an email to sales@saharsaffron.com with your order number and request for refund. We will refund you in full within one business day.

You received the package but you do not need/want it any more.
Send an email to sales@saharsaffron.com with your order number and request for refund. Return the unopened package within seven business days of arrival to the same address listed on your sales receipt or invoice. Please read our acceptable shipping method for returned package at the bottom of this page. Once we receive the package back, we will issue you a full credit within one business day.

You opened the package and tried the saffron and it is not what you want.
Send an email to sales@saharsaffron.com with your order number and request for refund. Put your saffron back in the original shipping box and return the package within seven business days of arrival to the same address listed on your sales receipt or invoice. Please read our acceptable shipping method for returned package at the bottom of this page. Once we receive the package, we will issue you a full refund within one business day. If your order consists of more than one packages of the same brand saffron, and if more than one package of saffron is opened, we will deduct from the full refund the fee for the other opened package(s) of the higher value and shipping fee.
For the safety of our customers, all returned, opened packages of saffron are disposed of.
Our acceptable shipping method for returned package:
Return the package using the same shipping method that we used to dispatch your order. For example, if we shipped your order Priority Mail, you must return it by Priority Mail. International orders must be returned via Express Mail International.
We will not issue a refund if:

You provided us a wrong shipping address.
It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us, we will reship the package once you provide us with the correct shipping address. An additional shipping fee will then be charged. If you no longer need/want the saffron reshipped, we will refund your order less the shipping fee.

Your package was lost.
Every order has a tracking number.Once the tracking number confirms delivery to the address furnished to us, Sahar Saffron Company is no longer financially responsible.
