Once your order is received, we will generate a sales receipt within 24 hours and send it to you via email attachment. Your sales receipt also holds information about the shipping date. This is the only email you will receive from us. If you did not receive a sales receipt from us by the end of the next business day, please make sure that our email was not treated as a spam. Also make sure that your email address, the one which was provided to us by Pay Pal is correct. Occasionally we send a sales receipt to our client and the email is returned as undeliverable. If the latter is the case, there is not much we can do and you need to contact us.
